SIE is dedicated to uniting expat women who bring diverse backgrounds and successful journeys to Switzerland.
Yet, we recognize that not all women have the same starting point. Many refugees and migrants arrive under different circumstances, facing unique challenges and barriers.
While we're in the early stages of building this community and haven't yet started specific mentorship programs for refugees, it's one of our key purposes.

Though originating from diverse backgrounds and trajectories, as business partners, we epitomize the harmonious synergy of 'two minds forging ahead as one. Indeed, these are two very distinct minds!
Yet, it's the convergence of our unique perspectives that fuels our collective drive towards success. It's almost serendipitous how, despite living in the same neighborhood in São Paulo, Brazil, and never crossing paths, fate brought us together here in Luzern, both of us learning and facing barriers as expat and migrant women in a foreign land.
Rather than viewing it as mere chance, we choose to see our connection as a blessing. That's how the desire to create a community dedicated to providing genuine assistance to those with a long journey ahead, while also nurturing and fostering the bright paths of those who have already conquered success, was born.
We share a commitment and dedication to fostering relationships, empowering women, and catalyzing significant change in the professional landscape for female foreigners in Switzerland.
